An 82-foot-long boat is among two abnormal loads that could cause delays on some of Norfolk's busiest roads today.
The 46-tonne boat will be transported by officers from Norfolk Constabulary from Ipswich Haven Marina via the A137, A1214, A14, A12, A1145, A146, A143, A146, A47 and the A11 before being handed off to Cambridgeshire Police on the A14.
Cable drums weighing 97 tonnes are set to be transported this morning from Boston in Lincolnshire to Oulton near Aylsham.
The 78-foot-long load will be escorted by officers along the A11, A134, A1122, A134, A10, Queen Elizabeth Way, A148 and the B1149 before joining local roads to the site.
Both loads will be transported today with drivers warned to expect delays from 9.30am onwards.
