A family-run Norfolk restaurant is celebrating after being awarded two AA rosettes.

The Kings Head, in Brooke, received the commendation as well as a five-star rating last week.

The gastro-pub and inn reopened in May 2023 after being closed for three years previously.

The Burton family bought the 18th-century building in February 2020 and carried out a major refurbishment before its relaunch.

Married couple Harry Burton, 28, and Jess Burton, 25, manage the everyday running of the pub and Mr Burton's parents, Peter and Karen Burton, provide local produce from their nearby farm.
