PALMER RICHARD CHARLES Sadly passed away on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023. Dearly loved husband of Janice, adored dad of Andrew and Kathryn and much loved grandad of Lottie, Jude and Florence. Funeral service at Cromer Crematorium on Thursday, May 18th at 11 a.m. Family flowers only please and donations, if desired, payable to either the British Heart Foundation or the Stroke Association may be given at the service or sent to Murrell Cork Funerals, 57a, Mundesley Road, North Walsham, NR28 0DB.

Richard was such a lovely man who was a patient, caring teacher that I and many others had the privilege to work with over many years. A great friend to all that knew him.
