DOWNES JOAN ELSIE Of Wymondham, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 24th, 2023, at Hethersett Hall. Aged 88 years. A much-loved Wife of Alan (deceased), Mother to Frances, Sarah and Chris, Grandmother to George, Molly and Rebecca, Great-Grandmother to Orphea. A funeral service will be held at Wymondham Abbey on Wednesday, April 26th at 12 noon followed by committal service at Breckland Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however donations in memory of Joan, if desired, may be made to Big C Cancer Charity (Please make all cheques out to the Charity) sent c/o R. J. Bartram & Son, 42 Fairland Street, Wymondham, NR18 0JS.
